  1. 1. What kind of equipment do I need?
    Windows , Mac, tablet and some smart phones work great with the application. VOIP, headset with microphone to avoid echoing. Camera (optional but desirable. Printer and external drive are not required but great to have.
  2. 2. How do I login to the classroom?
    Once you join, you will receive the login and password for your sessions. Students can login 15 to 5 minutes early. The room will be closed once the class have started. We recommend changing the password for something you will remember.
  3. 3. What happens if I need to take vacations?
    There is no problem. You can schedule your classes ahead of time. it is your responsibility to catch up with the group. It is recommendable to get a group study and to communicate with your classmates during the week as a way to practice and to catch up. You can also request recorded sessions if available.
  4. 4. What payments do yo accept?
    We accept PayPal and most major credit or debit cards.
  5. 5. What's the computer security?
    Becoming Bilingual is not responsible for any security breaches in your system. You need to have antivirus and automatic updates to protect yourself. We do not share, sell, or rent your information.
  6. 6. What are your cancellation and refund Policy?
    Students can cancel a class at any time; however, once the class is purchased it cannot be refunded. Students will have a FREE SESSION to test their system, get ready and to see if online is OK with them.
  7. 7. What are the classroom behavior rules?
    Becoming Bilingual and/or the room teacher will immediately terminate any student who shows disrespect to others or any inappropriate behavior; in which case, the student will not be refunded.
  8. 8. What is an Acceptable Place of Study and Behavior
    Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and with courtesy to others. Class should be in an a appropriated free of noise place . Students are expected to dress appropriately for the online class wearing shirts.
  1. 9. Do you Guarantee Fluency?
    No! No school can guarantee fluency in a language unless the student do his/her part. Practice is the key.. Students are encouraged to engage in conversation with each other during the group sessions, to read, watch, listen to the language of their choice to improve skills.
